In my opinion the places I lead benefit from Servant Leadership. Me and my team demonstrate that we are engaged and willing to do the things we ask of our team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the balance of pay, vacation, medical and pension. I do feel fortunate to have medical coverage in retirement, something new hires do not have.
