Once was a good place to work. Compensation and benefits have been reduced significantly over the past decade, despite record profits. This has created an adverse work environment full of political mine fields, because raise is completely dependent on gaining favor of manager, not performance

I have received multiple offers proving my salary/healthcare gripe was not made up. Will be leaving shortly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
just about everything. but no more lying and hostile work environment would go a long way to repairing the culture. pay is low because most jobs are in isolated communities where the company has all the power
