Need to stay on task and do their work instead of waiting for others to do it for thgem

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Hiring people that don't know wh at they are doing and limited training. The new generation is killing the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No medical coverage after retirement. Large penalty for retiring before age 67. Difficult to move around laterally. No longer an incentive to move laterally if you can't move up.
