What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lost touch with the work force and moral. Only care about getting the numbers out the door

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Upper management that actually cares about the people who put these combines together because without us they aren’t there either.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As the company says customers pay a premium for JD equipment because of the quality so shouldn’t they pay the employees a good wage?

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

In my last time to talk meeting I left feeling the least respected and unappreciated by any company I’ve ever worked for. They lost touch with the workers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Wage side is fine salary side needs to take more input from the wage employees because we’re the ones doing the work for multiple years and most support staff “engineers” are green or new to the department.
