I have been with Deere for over 23 years now and although there has been some challenges, there have been more successes and positive experiences. I know it has made my life better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people generally want to do a good job and provide a great customer experience
What did you like most about the interview process?
It uses the STAR Method and we have been very successful I think in our last interviews with the people we have hired.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement package is unbeatable I believe. If you take advantage of the opportunities you are allowed early in your career, when you retire, you will be quite happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This team is very much a team, each person is very willing to help out beyond just their little cube, anyone and everyone is always willing to help each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Here they are looking out for the customer, but also the employees. I feel they are doing what they can to make all the best and right choices as difficult as they may be.
