Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very poor post retirement care package for a company making millions and millions in annual profit. 40 plus years having a good pension and post retirement healthcare while still making a profit. The "pre97" post retirement benefits can remain the same with a company having that kind of profit margi
