Environment Reviews

Transparency. Better training. Consistency as to how discipline is handed out.

Taking ownership, making people responsible for bad decisions.

Accountability, folliw through and recognition when appropriate

Team work, respect, communication, clarity

Less people and more processes does not solve problems and is very bad for morale

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

Not make a person wait an hour after the interview was scheduled to do it.

Clearer communication with candidates and with hiring managers so that candidates know exactly where they stand within the process.

Review from Sales Dept

Too many stakeholders. Multiple interviews and some are with people who are not relevant.

A formal interview including more team members, to give a better idea of work environment.

Review from Operations Dept

Cut down on the number of interviews.

Customer focus and employee focus

Posted 21 days ago

Customers love the techs. Worst office personnel ever. No communication. Detached from their jobs working from home, no reprocussions, no accountability

The company has lost its vision, too big and too focused on money and greed. We are the highest priced and customers dont get the value. Now we are focused on selling things our customers dont need just to drive revenue. Just repulsive

High Turnover, Poor product development, Terrible billing, and very poor customer relationships. The attitude is employees can be replaced and customers owe us and need us more than we owe and need them. Vendors and contractors are treated with complete disdain and contempt.

They bad mouth them and don't give good service

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Executive Leadership overhaul, starting from the top.

Review from Sales Dept

reduce the layers of management and focus on product quality

No force retirement..
