Set an agenda, set expectations
True team collaboration focused on solving custom problems not internal agendas and corporate-centric thinking.
Co worlers are good - we are management is poor
More intellectual support, better management support
The KPIs should be better aligned across functions.
Transparency. Better training. Consistency as to how discipline is handed out.

Too many stakeholders. Multiple interviews and some are with people who are not relevant.
A formal interview including more team members, to give a better idea of work environment.
Review from Operations Dept

Customers love the techs. Worst office personnel ever. No communication. Detached from their jobs working from home, no reprocussions, no accountability
The company has lost its vision, too big and too focused on money and greed. We are the highest priced and customers dont get the value. Now we are focused on selling things our customers dont need just to drive revenue. Just repulsive
High Turnover, Poor product development, Terrible billing, and very poor customer relationships. The attitude is employees can be replaced and customers owe us and need us more than we owe and need them. Vendors and contractors are treated with complete disdain and contempt.
They bad mouth them and don't give good service
Executive Leadership overhaul, starting from the top.
Review from Sales Dept
