What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think I am paid okay , I enjoy the healthcare and 401k offered .

It's generous, but doesn't cover mental health care which everyone working here needs

So far I would say the 401K

I really appreciate being able to participate in the 401k and the vision and dental insurance programs are excellent. I have Medicare so I don't need the medical.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is less then minimum wage

Better pay, hour lunches. If Macy's and Walmart can do it and smaller companies, why can't kohls.

More money, I am making minimum wage and I work hard hours and get yelled at for making a mistake

I did multiple jobs more than what I'm even supposed to and while I am working, I have to watch other people just standing around doing nothing well management does nothing about it. They even allow people to drink on the job and do nothing about that.

I put in hard work and im shown with reduced hours. I would like it if i got my hours back and a better manager

Treat me and all of us with respect

More money for starters, and probably a quality check annually on associates and their work ethic, procedures.

The staff at the Worcester store needs to pull thier stuff together

I feel like for the amount of work we do it is no different between oart timd snd full time except for the hours. I wish we got paid equal starting amounts.

Pay us a competitive wage. Benefits for part time employees. Paid time off.

Working for Sephora+ Kohls and if anything made me feel like I had to juggle two stores at once.

Kohl's should consider more frequent raises and/or a better salary. I work with associates who work really hard , are extremely dedicated to Kohl's, and deserve more than an occasional 'pizza party. I have never been able to enjoy Associate Appreciation Days because I cannot afford to shop:(

Pay and responsibility aren't matched well

When I am sick, I'm sick. I don't call out because I want to. I have a disability and have had covid like 4 time. Give me a break
