Managers dont understand how it affects us daily on having no products for customers
There is no structure management does not have anything under control. They don't value the good employees that they actually have that do their job they're about numbers but yet they criticize the wrong people for not working and do nothing about the individuals that do nothing all night.
Respect employs from all culture and religion
Keep the store clean, racks straightened ect make the store shoppable
They hate self checkout. They want customer service to be seperate.
majority of the workers are rude, or only care about themselves, they don't give much attention to the customers at times.
By bringing in people who actually care about their employees
Kohl's has to consider increasing the salary for all employees. We are, unfortunately, receiving low income in an escalating economy with more outcome than income.
They need to raise wages and enforce rules across the board

Off price retailers traditionally dont pay well

We need to be paid more to make the job worth the effort. Upset customers, understaffed, crazy workloads, all of that is easier to deal with when you are properly compensated.

Associates need to be trusted to do the job that they were hired for and not micromanaged
insurance costs need to be lowered; I would like to see more people get promoted who actually deserve it instead of clones of the managers doing the promoting
