Getting things done, being told I did a good job

It makes me happy when I get to go home.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of product newness or story.

Managers dont understand how it affects us daily on having no products for customers

There is no structure management does not have anything under control. They don't value the good employees that they actually have that do their job they're about numbers but yet they criticize the wrong people for not working and do nothing about the individuals that do nothing all night.

Respect employs from all culture and religion

Keep the store clean, racks straightened ect make the store shoppable

They hate self checkout. They want customer service to be seperate.

majority of the workers are rude, or only care about themselves, they don't give much attention to the customers at times.

By bringing in people who actually care about their employees

Kohl's has to consider increasing the salary for all employees. We are, unfortunately, receiving low income in an escalating economy with more outcome than income.

They need to raise wages and enforce rules across the board

Keep it equal on all fronts

Our managers telling us to force our customers to sign up for things like rewards with out even asking them!

Off price retailers traditionally dont pay well

Management I believe she should have been fired a long time ago employees are quitting and we are being overwhelmed with the jobs we are assigned

I think whats going wrong in my situation is just the management. I'm not sure how to improve it

The managers go about their motivation more aggressively instead of constructively. it makes it hard to want to give good service

Dont promote people to store manager who has no work/life balance and favors her friends over anything

NEW MANAGEMENT BETTER HOSPITALITY CLEANER STORE MORE ORGANIZED ENVIRONMENT

We need to be paid more to make the job worth the effort. Upset customers, understaffed, crazy workloads, all of that is easier to deal with when you are properly compensated.

Flexibility with scheduling so that I can meet family obligations.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Associates need to be trusted to do the job that they were hired for and not micromanaged

insurance costs need to be lowered; I would like to see more people get promoted who actually deserve it instead of clones of the managers doing the promoting

Cleanliness. Our store can get messy sometimes. Maybe more associates to help with that.

better benefits for seasonal employees. add more hours when seasonal employees first start working for kohls/
