I do not like the management structure at this company. There are only a handful of them that are not afraid to make the hard decisions. When I say hard decisions, I mean, getting rid of those employees that constantly refuse to pull their weight or sabotage the time frames for particular jobs.

Yes i have been placed in position that I get more hate from my coworks with out no real promotion no raise when i see other departments, give there people promotions with raises and their picture on TV screen.

Everyone is nice and easy going. We work hard and it can be stressful but no one takes their job or themselves too serious, (we're not building rockets or artificial hearts)
Stop all the gossiping and learn to work as a team and not as individuals.
They need to work. They treat Lancer like a social call. They act as if they are paying Lancer. To move into the future, This has to change. We can't send all the jobs to our Mexico plant. The work can be done but a lot refuse. Management needs to step it up and weed out these individuals.
I believe my coworker need to come to this job with a purpose and not make it hard for everyone else around by not doing anything but standing around
mostly it's the people I work with.

I enjoyed come to work for the longs until dishonest people were hired and start it, bring in the morale down
I feel that the team is not able to get along with each other. Really not sure how it can be improved.
As I mentioned earlier, we need to start hiring the right people and not so many inexperienced family members that have no real experience in the jobs that they are hired for. We also need to find a way to get rid of those individuals that are here just for a check and not the betterment of Lancer.
