People who care about the brand and do the work to make it better are not.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to get better at everything. Having a strategy. Having ideas. Making decisions. Hiring competent people. Not throwing tantrums. Not devolving into shouting matches over completely insignificant things. Treating employees with respect. Taking responsibility for anything. etc
