What makes you most happy at work?I love that i can work from home
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Very friendly people, enjoyable to work with
What are some of the best things about your team? You find some go above and beyond to help you while others barely do their job effectively
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?White men who are buddies with executive team who contribute nothing and leave with a nice severance package after a few years are paid handsomely. People who care about the brand and do the work to make it better are not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to get better at everything. Having a strategy. Having ideas. Making decisions. Hiring competent people. Not throwing tantrums. Not devolving into shouting matches over completely insignificant things. Treating employees with respect. Taking responsibility for anything. etc
