What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mainly because there is no leadership. We only focus on being agile leaving quality aside, very disorganized and not thinking about the most important: the clients/users. Lack of organization and planning. No leaders, just bosses.

The best part about my compensation package (aside from my salary which is really good) is the gym benefit, prepaid medical services and English classes. We need those classes and I wish they would never end.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand that there must be a profit margin between what is agreed with the client and the payment to the employee. But it should be considered the contribution that people make, their knowledge and their potential, not just look at the years of experience. The excuse is always "No budget"

I think there should be transparent salary scales according to seniority. In addition, wage adjustments should be made periodically.

Que se tuviera en cuenta la inflaccion actual del pais. Se podrian implementar planes de bonos para compensar y asi poder llegara fin de mes. Deberia haber un bono para los que tenemos hijos. En temporada escolar es muy dificil que alcance para todo.
