Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i work as self starting. i enjoy being in charge of my own work day. I have as much time as i need off and that is very important to me as a single mom. They pay is very competitive although i wish we had benefits which at the time there is only a 401k and paid vacations and sick days.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I love Hospice, i have been on management and field side. I came from a company with great leadership, and unfortunately with this company there is so much negativity at the branch level.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare options are pretty good and fairly priced
The insurance pays well and is affordable
paid vacations are a must have.

Better pay due to the stressful environment.

Most of us have the same background and personalities match.

Develop the ability to come together and decide on which initiatives they want to move forward with, stick to roadmaps, and not change their minds last minute.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are helpful to the public.

More protection for all staff due to patients being allowed to constantly assault staff.
