Working on this market problem is challenging and exciting, and that work engages me and makes me really happy. Also, the people and the culture/environment is so rewarding, and that makes me happy.

The team is intelligent, curious, adaptable, and really care. You can tell that the leadership here is passionate about the product, the customer, and the team, and it's really admirable to see, and an honor to work alongside them.

This company offers a really great financial opportunity because of its enormous growth opportunity in the space, which presents an opportunity for stock to become quite valuable. Otherwise, great benefits, competitive salary, and a work environment that challenges you.

I can't imagine a more positive culture. We are constantly sharing good news from one group and one person to the next. We are constantly giving recognition to one another and celebrate big wins, and small wins. This is an engaging, and positive culture.

The team is full of people who I really like. There is never any politics or petty behavior. The team is truly working together, are aligned in their point of view and ambition. The best thing about the team is how well they work together.

The best part about the comp package is that it FITS with the company, its ambitions, and the advantages of working in this environment. The stock options give you a chance to share in the financial rewards of the opportunity. Unlimited vacation + the international travel stipend fits well, etc.
