Love this environment, it seems to be the perfect mixture of "Laid back urgency." There isn't any micromanaging and a family atmosphere is cultivated here.

Very intelligent, hard-working, and caring people that bring unique perspectives to problem solving. Never have to worry about if anyone on my team is giving their all.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the idea that no matter what position you have here, the opportunity to contribute to a company that WILL be huge one day is very exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
After working at 3 different Fortune 500 companies, the leadership style at zlien is the best I've seen and seems to get everyone on board pushing towards a common goal.
