Our team works hard, and we genuinely care about each other. We're encouraging of each other. My win isn't just "my win" - it's my team's win. And vice versa.

I felt like I was having a real conversation with someone who was genuinely interested in my ideas. I never felt like I was being judged, and I never felt like a "number."

Our leadership team is filled with folks who want to see not just the company, but the employees here succeed in goals and skill building. They encourage growth, intellectual curiosity, and responsibility in their teams.

Not afraid of a challenge - they're always hungry for success. Success for us is living our company purpose, to empower people to get what they earn, and folks here are passionate to help people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture of learning. If you're curious about something (how another department works, what's happening in the executive team meetings), you can learn about it easily. It's a transparent and welcoming culture, full of collaboration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is passionate about our purpose, our employees, and our customers (and actually helping them with a serious industry problem). They care about success, but they know to get success you need a happy and productive culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance plans are well thought out for all walks of life, and more than generously priced for the employee. The bulk of monthly premiums are covered by Levelset. There's even an option for a high deductible plan with no monthly premium for the employee to have to pay.
