Couldn't be happier - I've already said it a couple of times, but the leadership team believes in everyone, and all team members are encouraging as well. We all work hard, but also have fun doing it.

We have a shared vision of what needs to get accomplished, and work together to achieve those our goals. Team members are always encouraging, supportive, and willing to help. There is not a "that's not my job" mentality on the team
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team believes in the team that they have built, and give autonomy to everyone on the team to reach our goals. They are always encouraging, welcome new ideas, and work with the teams to help innovate and improve our offerings.
