Levelset has provided me with opportunities that I wouldn't get elsewhere. They believe in me and my abilities and allow me to take on roles and work on project that I may have little experience in but have a desire to learn more about. I have also met many great friends at my company.

I have been given opportunities at Levelset that I wouldn't get elsewhere. Instead rejecting somebody based on experience, our leaders are willing to take chances on us and work with us to strengthen our skillset and help us excel at our roles. They truly want to see us thrive in our roles.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people make Levelset amazing. No question.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There's always room to grow and bonuses are often given out for hard work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are easy to approach and always willing to listen to you and work together to make Levelset successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people! I love coming into work everyday and interacting with my friends. We're also always thinking of new ways to help our customers and local communities
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my team and I love working in a role where I get to interact with all teams and departments. The people I work with make me the happiest!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is like a family and it's not uncommon for us to organize outings together outside of the office and work. I rarely refer to them as coworkers. They're my friends!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each member of my team genuinely cares about each other. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help out whenever we have a lot on our plate or a big deadline to meet.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Levelset, we're more than a workplace, we're a family. When it's safe to be out and about, there are always groups of coworkers volunteering in the community or meeting up to ride bikes together. I love that about my company!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leaders are always transparent and come to us before any large decisions are made. I feel like we're never left in the dark. They value our input as employees and want us to be happy with the direction of the company.
