Just understanding what front line employees do on a day to day bases.

The people. Everyone that works here is so great and willing to help each other out
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their energy and always willingness to help, even if they don't have time. They make the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That I can talk to anyone on the team, doesn't matter if they are in my department or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
the people and what I do on a day to day bases help out customers get what they earned

That I can schedule time with any of them and they will take the time out to talk to me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say I feel undervalued because I do feel valued, I would just say that we should revisit the compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we all enjoy talking to each other, hanging out with each other (pre-covid) and we are all there for each other even I non-work related things.
