It's been great! Although COVID has happened and we're dealing with the aftermath, I don't think it's dampened the comradery of the LevelSet teams. Everyone is always welcoming and willing to assist each other, that some haven't even met face to face. I think that what makes this company special.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being a part of a team but also the autonomy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the unlimited vacation days. It's comforting to know that those unexpected things that come up won't be counted against you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they invest so much of themselves in the company and believe in helping people. You can tell they really believe in the vision and it's inspiring to want to do your best in your role
