Here at Levelset we are always learning and starting with love when it comes to helping customers. The culture is very inclusive and everyone is so happy. Levelset is the most important place that I will ever work!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have unique personalities and bring different positive energies to the table in our morning meetings. Everyone is very willing to help each other even while we work remotely. I have learned a lot of work related things but also just general life things from my coworkers!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are genuine people with great intentions who are invested not only in the growth of Levelset but in the growth of us as individuals. Here at Levelset we all are able to completely be ourselves and while our work is challenging our leadership team goes above and beyond to recognize our work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to help customers keep what they have earned. Our work is very fulfilling. Pre COVID I was an independent contractor in the Rock N Roll industry and I know first hand what it is like to be burned on a job. Being able to fight that for construction companies everyday makes me happy!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The international travel stipend is very unique. We get a different amount this year but we have to use it to leave the country and take a vacation in which we experience some sort of culture. I do not know of another company that does this! Its awesome!. When COVID ends I cant wait to use it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is able to be exactly who they are. No one has to wear a mask to work. South Louisiana can offer some rough work environments. This is by far one of the best in the area and from what I have heard of other companies throughout the nation we are as good or better when it comes to culture!
