at the moment its stressfull and the work load is bad each member of staff is trying to do at least jobs that two people are doing the pay is great but the impact on staff and there health is very bad

not fully aware of it like i said before not much focus on staff more on productivity and making money
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
stop going on about hours put plenty oif people in stores to make it less stressfull more staff makes the store easier to run and gives customers a better atmosphere and staff to talk to and the stores would look better
What are some of the best things about your team?
can be fun and we have a laugh, i does get tough when we are open and support from our store manager and area manager is poor the area manager always comes in moaning the store looks messy and calls staff lazy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
more staff in stores to coupe with the stock the off sales througout the day to interact with customers better because at the moment most staff if not on till are running about so stressed to get things done customers are not priority and just become a burden
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
more understanding of the issues in stores, productivity is more important to the company than the customers and staff, hors are so tight and they expect us to get all done and the stores to look good at all times if we are all on tills the store is going to look bad and customers have no support
