We all work in sync together, we become a family every season!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone on our crew understands eachother, we help where needed we got eachothers back at all times!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get zero benefits, just hourly pay, come do my job go home, I go Above and beyond but nobody except my 2 Supervisors notice it, GM, etc they don't care.....
