We have a close team where communication doesn't require verbal speech. We can give a look or sign, and we know what the other is saying. We have built great comradery.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing fans that are first-time concert-goers. Talking to passionate fans, and listening to them tell their stories. Concerts should be a happy place, and I enjoy keeping them safe so they can enjoy their experience.
