Hr dept is not comparable with positions at other companies.

I get zero benefits, just hourly pay, come do my job go home, I go Above and beyond but nobody except my 2 Supervisors notice it, GM, etc they don't care.....

I mean I do not have enough paper to write down all the stuff that needs to be changed
