Marshalls is an absolute dump to work at. Managers are toxic, the environment is toxic, and there is no help. We are severely understaffed right now, and the managers are acting like everything is normal. The employees feel bullied, neglected, and abused at this store.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work my butt off as a coordinator and now because of school, they have zero faith in me and they blame everything on me. Aside from that, they are replacing me because im in school and they said they would be flexible with it.
