Other stores could be better but mine not so much. Things have only been getting worse and I've been with the company for two and a half years. The store manager has a foul attitude and says that her associates are negative and doesn't actually care about them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing all my friends is honestly the best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive I have at work is seeing my friends otherwise the vibe does not feel like a good one.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was straight to the point and didn't last a long time. I was offered a position the same day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better with a handful of things. Their attitudes and the comments they make to associates are unacceptable. They gossip about associates to other employees and pick favorites.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work well together and keep good energy in the air even if one of us is having a bad day. We've formed a bond that's much more than just "work friends."
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I have my degree in fashion merchandising and they treat me like I'm completely clueless. I don't think there's anything that would make me feel better about my compensation.
