I work with some really great people. My co workers (non management) are all on the same level and they understand my frustrations.
What makes you most happy at work?
People generally leave me alone, and I can just focus on getting my job done, and getting through my shift, and then going home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers are generally helpful. We generally work as a team to get tasks done. Managers are very appreciative when you open rewards cards.
