Daily huddles and open door management policy is probably the most positive aspect.

We are communicative and encouraging. We identify our weaknesses and how to turn them into strengths.

It was a very laid back experience. It was calm and not threatening, just a conversation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very supportive of each other and encourages one another. We are like a big family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't obtain many benefits as I'm strictly part time, but I do enjoy the employee discount.
