Better scheduled interviews so applicants dont wait around for hours and hours, and honesty from the manager regarding ther job
No one cares about anyone but themselves so no matter how hard one department works to meet the managers expectations other employees are just going to undo the progress
Managers do not communicate well and all have different ways of doing things and expectations of employees. The managers have no compassion for employees and are just constantly making tlournjobs harder and harder
When minimum wage goes up a dollar, higher paid employees are not compensated equally. Therefore an employee who has been there for 5 years will barely be making a dollar more than a brand new employee making minimum wage
