Have meetings and a dialog. The company has no meetings.

Replace the assistant manager and some of the other employees that shop without paying.

I create my own positive environment - by interacting with Customers and some associates that are pleasant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store is very disorganized and in some areas dirty. The customers pick up on it. We need more time to organize and prepare the sales floor. Salary needs to increase to hire better educated employees.
