What's the interview process like at McDonald's?

The company I worked for held open interviews on Mondays 3-5 every week. I sat down with every applicant. I asked some basic questions. Enough to get a feel for each person. A lot of them were teens looking for their first job. Most of the time I decided right then whether or not to hire them. If I did I sent them links to e-verify and set them up with a date for orientation.

I'm not so sure of it now, but when I got hired 6 years ago it was really easy. I had applied, and when able to I had an interview. I went in and had the interview with the store manager and that day I got hired. I talked to somebody on the phone and then we went over some things and we were done.

It was a very good interview process they asked a lot of questions and really got down to the point and got to know the interviewee

We try to work with and give a chance to most all applicants

Very easy. Questions are more to see your overall attitudeand personality.
