If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at McDonald's?

Working for a fast food restaurant you are disrespected and abused by customers on a daily basis. I think that if the pay was better then employees would be more willing to accept more. Then customers would be happier and the restaurant would be more successful.

There are too many things you can change that store cleanliness quality supervision manager skills some of them don't know how to talk to people

I would hire more people so that we don't have to cover for each other. I would also improve the attitude of some people.

i would lower prices and raise pay, mcdonalds can afford it, just like all of the other billion dollar a year companies

Scheduling.....I NEVER get off at my scheduled time.

It is a very diverse company.
