Hard especially if you work 4 a 24 hour store. And /or you are a known calling worker. Exp. Always willing to work extra shifts, sometimes even at other stores.

The work life balance at McDonald's is pretty crazy. I do try to help out where and when I can while getting my job done.

Working for McDs is OK. There is definitely possibility for advancement. McDs does believe in advancement from their own employees.
