What makes you most happy at work?Overall a good place to work.
What makes you most happy at work? The regulars that come in. They're kind, friendly, and funny. Also, the co-workers.
What did you like most about the interview process?Mine was different than average cause I told them I was going to Home Depot after this to get an appilcation. I was hired on the spot. I've been there two and a half years now. This will probably give me away. I used to be full time until i got cancer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't think there should be a test for a ten cent raise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Maybe if they bothered to support your success instead of focused on how to destroy you, diminish you and overwork you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Treat people the way they want to be treated instead of like something beneath them
