management needs to be investigated and there should be more pop up visits from LP as well as the DM. When management is aware of visits they make necessary changes vs when we aren’t having a visit

I was not given clear feedback on how to improve after 2 years of there, which led to disappointment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to start paying their employees fairly especially when we make thousands of dollars every day and never see 1% of that it's ridiculous and uncalled. $10 an hour is what I make with maybe 15 hours a week no one can live off that not even someone in high school.
