Upper management is unprofessional. HR department is going through the motions. Everyone there is only looking out for themselves and their personal gains.
People need to leave. Upper management needs to be respective and professional. Have set hours and actually have an HR department that cares and does somthing
One of the biggest flaws with the company. Things never change because the upper management will never change their ways. They need to get better at being open to new ideas, appreciating their conworkers and actually being professional
The team I was on was fun, had a young group that was enjoyable to work with. That being said, upper management totally micromanaged me when I worked there. People tend to go with the flow instead of trying to make changes.
