Been here 2.5 years. Management is always snobby, hired in. Nearly impossible to move up. Min wage. People alway quit.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Make it simpler, a three stage process for working basically a minimum wage job? I know it’s “elevated” but come on
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting rid of general passive aggressiveness/toxicity. Managing payroll more efficiently, doesn’t take 6 people to fix one thing on the salesfloor when everything else is done
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been working there almost 3 years and due to minimum wage going up every year and raises that are practically nothing, new hires (people I have trained!) are making more than me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I wish my coworkers would stay. People are always getting fed up with management and leaving after only being there for a short time. I’ve made a lot of good friends working there but it’s sad because no one can handle management or the customer base at my mall so everyone quits.
