Getting rid of general passive aggressiveness/toxicity. Managing payroll more efficiently, doesn’t take 6 people to fix one thing on the salesfloor when everything else is done
Been working there almost 3 years and due to minimum wage going up every year and raises that are practically nothing, new hires (people I have trained!) are making more than me.
I wish my coworkers would stay. People are always getting fed up with management and leaving after only being there for a short time. I’ve made a lot of good friends working there but it’s sad because no one can handle management or the customer base at my mall so everyone quits.
