What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family of sisters, we have each others backs on the sales floor and off. Drama is seldom and issue and support is always there if needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with people who are just as excited as I am about finding the right item for them. My heart melts when I see the smile on a customers face after getting their favorite bag and wallet set.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our store environment is positive but the corporate end isn't as positive. The store manager is all about spreading love to others and no negativity. We just genuinely love each other. But I have not felt the same with the company itself. I qualified for a bonus and they tried to deny me of it.
