Always starts with thank you for all your hard work and efforts, but by the way NOTHING for you. You wonder why so many are leaving, the talent that is walking out that door will never come through that door into this company. The gig is up and the word on the street is stay away from Microfocus

Most of them are very experienced developers that gladly share information and help to train the less experienced developers.

We have a collaborative atmosphere. We love to innovate and share our success stories as well as failures. We love to hang out together.

The interviewers focused on my programming capabilities, design skills, and problem-solving talent rather than querying about the experience with programming languages and frameworks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Senior management in PSDC who fill the room with hearing their voice and believe they have a clue what they are doing, please go write another book which nobody will read.
