NCOs: The manager level is amazing, down to earth, and fight everyday to solve the blockers of the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is not a shark's tank, I can trust and rely on my teammates with the tranquility to know they are not going to put a knife at my back.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base ;) With objectives increasing, the difficulty to get correct data from SFDC and impossible accelerators, the base salary is what we can rely. It's a pity because 2y ago we didn't have half this problems with commissions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Barcelona team It's amazing. Most of us are veterans already who know each other for a couple of years, trust each other, learn from each other, cooperate to bring initiatives forward and benefit the group. I'd bet money you won't find any team as cohesive as this one.
