Overall slightly positive (vs. neutral), but lots of room for improvement. Executive leadership is very uneven with respect to engagement and execution, and is spread too thin. Some leaders are owning functions that they don't understand and can't manage appropriately.

Aligned and transparent process from the start. Strong communication and good engagement from those in the process. No games - came to agreement on employment details quickly and without friction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation bands don't make sense and are below industry standard based on 2 minutes of Googling comparable roles. Goal posts move on compensation increases. HR, Finance, and Managers aren't aligned on comp. The comp we offer for senior IC roles makes it challenging to attract top talent.
