What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each other's back. We don't keep track of who owe's who for doing someone a favor because everyone everyday is supporting each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When they say they care about employees' wellbeing, diversity in the workforce, and our intrapersonal relationships, they actually mean it and make action on it. You never realize how much company culture can affect you and your performance until you find an amazing culture like the one at Mixpanel.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity & Inclusion and Transparency. Some companies talk about D&I to look good, but Mixpanel e-staff means it and employees welcome it. It's a wonderfully diverse company. On top of that, we believe in transparency. You can ask anything and get an answer on pretty much any subject matter.
