Stellar. Probably the defining role of my career. It will be difficult to move on one day. This is a great place for people looking to grow their skills or reinvent themselves. Mistakes are encouraged, it means you care enough to take risks and want to continue learning. Can't imagine what's next.
So many survey's! Mixpanel has been the first organization I have worked at where I've felt that I'm listened to, and understood. I can operate without judgement and afforded opportunities to collaborate with others and advance my career.
Constant growth and challenge. Interacting with a wide audience, connecting with customers. Contributing to a hopefully pivotal moment in Mixpanel history to outpace our competitors and IPO. I come to work and feel appreciated. I enjoy opportunities to fail without blame and share successes.
Work/family balance. Pace of experimentation/innovation. Cross-functional support.
They are accessible and transparent.
Engaged and hungry. They believe in the organization and that their contributions matter.
The flexibility, opportunities, and camaraderie. Interactions are surprisingly consistent and enjoyable across teams and verticals.
Personal growth, problem solving, contributing to a common goal, shared drive to win, mutual respect.
Transparency, accessibility, and resiliency. Practicing what they preach. The core values are felt throughout the organization.
Accepting, experimental, opportunistic, and competitive. Great place to plant roots, advance your career, and make an impact.
It's on par with industry expectations. Next-level for me would be to include student loan relief and pet insurance.
Where to start? They are passionate about what they do, always learning, driven to win, and share a common vision.
Accessibility and engagement. I've never felt as comfortable or listened to as I do at Mixpanel. I'm enabled to influence change.
Remote work? Does that count? My schedule is very accommodating and helps me be an awesome Dad. This is #1 for me.
My team is curious, motivated, open & honest, passionate, and hungary. Challenges are met with grit and we recognize our organizational impact.
Remote work. Not feeling pressured to attend events or be in office. Being able to prioritize being a parent before being an employee.
They really show up when they need to. I really appreciate the relationship we have and shared enthusiasm. We all want to further our careers and contribute to Mixpanel's future.
Nothing in particular. It's is what I'd expect for my role/level. I appreciate that I am able to work anywhere in the US and enjoy SF-based compensation. I should probably move somewhere cheaper so compensation goes further.
Doing it from home. But I also love the role I am in. Literally turning a hobby into a career so it all kind of makes me happy. Ultimately, I guess it's the satisfaction given to others when I've done a good job.
Trust and autonomy. I'm allowed to fail and speak freely. My day isn't overly structured or controlled with time commitments which gives me a lot of flexibility. I love how fast we move and change. This keeps me interested and helps avoid complacency.
It's very accommodating to individual needs. Pressure is low despite the quick pace. There is a great deal of passion and empathy. Mixpanel could be anything, it's the people that really make it great. People are here doing what they love and it's such a shared experience.
Varies. Everyone seems to have a clear vision and is able to command a large audience. I appreciate that no one backs down from difficult questions. Energy and accessibility isn't always clear with some members of estaff. Sometimes I sense some reservation or a misalignment in messaging and tone.
I love my job function and team. I enjoy working with data and enjoying a shared vision that we all contribute to. I feel my relationship with Mixpanel is positive and mutually beneficial. As I continue to grow, I hope to represent Mixpanel in my domain as a thought leader and public speaker.
