So far it's been great. I think we would benefit from a few processes and structures. Onboarding could be more efficient with a good LMS, and I find Notion to be a bit noisy and a challenge to find content when I'm not 100% sure what I'm looking for.

Recognition, a clearly defined goal and path to achieve it. Also, financial incentives for good/effective work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is good, TBD on the variable as I'm not sure how consistent the team will hit their number. But for now things are pretty good.
