Mixpanel is a fun, inclusive and diverse place to work. Whenever we're all together the energy is fantastic. Although there have been significant changes, the work life balance continues to be excellent. I appreciate that leadership trusts us to do our jobs.

I love and appreciate how diverse, open, and inclusive Mixpanel is. Mixpanel has many people from all sorts of backgrounds. I feel that this allows anyone and everyone to feel connected!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is fair, but the BCR rate is lower than the average in the industry. I would feel more valued if our BCR rate is higher per deal sold.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. I also appreciate that they have open forums with the whole organization and in smaller groups. They answer the questions that come at them hands on and don't avoid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that whenever we're together it's always a good time. Being similar in age also makes it easier to relate. From a work standpoint, most of us are always willing to jump on a call and help one another out.

I appreciate that our leadership team is becoming more transparent with their strategy. I also love their fireside chats and how they interact with their employees. They allow us to connect with them on a personal level, and it feels genuine and appreciated.

The team is one of my favorite things about working for Mixpanel. Whenever we're together we always know how to have a good time. We connect outside of work which is a bonus. The team is welcoming, friendly, and relatable. Love my team!
