I feel like Mixpanel is almost there, there's something just missing with process and execution in EPD. The lack of diversity also makes it very troubling long term and uncomfortable for people of color to feel safe and heard

I like the transparency and the openness of the leadership team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are some snippets of really good people who set the culture in some areas, for example engineering has a good manager and thus the engineers on their team are great to work with
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
1. Diversity, we lack a lot of diversity especially in EPD 2. A lot of times I can tell that the culture is very singular and not the most empathetic of different types of people 3. I notice a lot of "boys club" behavior that negatively effects my collaboration with people
