I think there is a lack of transparency among specific departments even though we say we have transparency. I think there isn't enough feedback given in a timely manner and often times things are not handled head-on and are lacking directness.

Willingness to collaborate and help each other and share ideas and what's working/what isn't working
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they provide company-wide updates on how their specific dept is performing during the fireside chats and all hands.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued. I feel as though feedback is not given in a timely manner, rather it is saved for performance review time where there is negative feedback, therefore, providing a negative score and no compensation increase. Feedback should be given before performance reviews.
