Invest more in training people managers. Set transparent organizational standards for manager performance and accountability.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The current pace of execution is unsustainable and burn out inducing. Reorgs have tanked morale across the company. We're being asked to go faster and faster without support from management.
