The people I work with, we've stayed very true to our belief in hiring humble, smart, and competent people, and empowering them to succeed.

My sense is it is better in some areas than others. I think it will get better as we scale and train the recruiting team.

My team is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to work every day. Everyone is kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and just fun to be around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the company is trying hard every day to bring our company values to life, I can feel our desire to focus on our customers, share knowledge, and achieve results. The one team aspect of our culture is probably my favorite though.
